Andrew has a vast experience in sports & conditioning coaching in a variety of sports, with his main focus being Rugby League.

 

He is currently running his own Personal Training business, which includes training League, Rugby & AFL players for strength & conditioning on a one-on-one & group basis. Andrew also conducts training groups & individuals for aerobic, anaerobic, strength & overall fitness & wellbeing.

Finding the personal trainer that is right for you is imperative.  You will understand this when it happens.  I was very lucky to come across Andrew Stowe after training with a few personal trainers.

It was Andrew’s approach to me that continued that “Can Do Attitude” in everything that he made me undertake.  He knew I could do it, having him believe in me was the push that I needed.  It was never easy.

Getting fat was the easy bit, losing the weight was going to be the hard part, however once I started seeing results I started to love the pain.  The first time I ran 10 laps of Coogee Beach for 48 min non-stop I broke down and cried.  I will never forget that feeling, the feeling of a job well done.

Andrew would never tell me my weight loss, as for him it was not all about weight loss, it was about getting my health and life back, and to me that was my prize.  I call Andrew my modern day Mother Teresa, you see this man saved my life in so many ways.  He may be and always will be my personal trainer, however we are now best mates.
